To revise vowels and consonants p, s, m, f, c, t, b
I can name the 5 vowels and 7 consonants and apply sounds to them.
Students may choose ONE of the following:
Using magazines or junk mail, make a poster for three different sounds we have focused on
Use play dough to make the twelve letters. Make an item that starts with that sound using the play dough
Complete the scavenger hunt
Using the twelve sounds (a, e, i, o ,u m, s, p, f, c, t, b) make as many three letter words as you can. (eg can, mop, sum) write these in your home learning book.
Find all the words in the heart or irregular wordsearch. You can print it out or colour with the highlighter on screen

Think of an animal and imagine what it would be like if that animal was in the classroom for a day!
Draw a picture and write a sentence about what you imagine would happen.

To be able to label drawn objects.
I can attempt to label drawn objects by finger spelling and using the sounds that I know.
Select a special room in your house, e.g., your bedroom, playroom.
Choose an object or toy to be the treasure and hide it. This could be a stuffed toy, a book, a small lego creation.
Using your Home Learning Book draw a map showing the path that you need to take to find the treasure. Write the treasure map title and label the pictures that you will be drawing of the pathway to the hidden treasure.
Don’t forget X marks the spot.
Don’t forget to draw all the details of Mum- her hair, eyebrows, nose, mouth, ears, earrings, cheeks, lips, smile, neck and so on.
